Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary

Elite Chartered Accountants is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our auditing and advisory team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial audits, tax compliance, advisory services, and business consulting for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations, internal controls, and risk management, ensuring clients maintain full compliance while optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Audit & Assurance:
  • Conduct statutory, internal, and forensic audits for clients across various industries.
  • Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and UAE audit regulations.
  • Assess internal controls, risk management policies, and corporate governance structures.
  • Prepare and present audit reports with recommendations for financial and operational improvements.
  • Assist clients in implementing audit findings and corrective measures.
Taxation & Compliance:
  • Oversee and manage UAE VAT, corporate tax, economic substance regulations (ESR), and transfer pricing compliance for clients.
  • Prepare and file VAT and corporate tax returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
  • Advise clients on tax planning, structuring, and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with free zone and mainland tax regulations.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax disputes, audits, and clarifications.
Financial Advisory & Consulting:
  • Provide clients with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning support.
  • Conduct business valuations, due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial projections.
  • Assist in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and business transformation projects.
  • Offer cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk assessment services.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  • Ensure client compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and consolidated financials.
  • Assist in setting up and improving accounting policies and procedures for clients.
  • Provide guidance on ERP & accounting software implementation (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
 
Client Management & Business Development:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering customized financial solutions.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the firm’s advisory services.
  • Support the team in client pitches, proposal development, and service presentations.
  • Stay updated with UAE financial regulations, industry trends, and compliance requirements.

Requirments

Education & Certifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in auditing, taxation, and financial consulting, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax, VAT, ESR, and IFRS.
  • Experience working with SMEs, large corporations, and multinational clients.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in audit procedures, tax compliance, and financial advisory.
  • Proficiency in accounting and audit software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, CaseWare, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent client communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality reports.
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience dealing with UAE free zone and mainland businesses.
  • Familiarity with forensic accounting, fraud detection, and risk management is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
