Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, promote services, and support business growth through effective telephone communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills to build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and call records.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Engage with clients professionally and understand their requirements.
  • Answer queries regarding products/services and provide relevant information.
  • Handle objections and persuade potential customers to take action.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance brand reputation.
Marketing & Promotional Activities:
  • Support marketing campaigns by executing telemarketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to improve sales tactics.
  • Assist in email campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, and social media promotions.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide call reports, lead conversion data, and feedback to the management.
  • Continuously improve performance based on customer interactions and feedback.

Requirments

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of telemarketing or telesales experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, especially in auditing, financial services, or consulting, is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
    •Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients.
Additional Requirements:
  • UAE market experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
